If you see right-click it and select Uninstall Device . Download the Z3X Driver Pack from the official Z3X Shell.
Hardware issues are the most common culprits. The smart card inside the Z3X box is similar to a SIM card and can shift or collect oxidation.
Open your Z3X box carefully. Remove the smart card from its internal slot, wipe the gold chips with a dry microfiber cloth (or a tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol), and reinsert it firmly.
