Click the uBlock Origin icon in your browser toolbar and click the Dashboard icon (two small gears/sliders) in the bottom right.

To "unblock" or undo a specific hidden element, you need to access your custom filter list. Click the uBlock Origin icon in your browser
If you’ve deleted your filters but the element is still gone, one of two things is happening: Click the uBO icon
If a site is completely broken and you don't have time to dig through code, you can "unblock" everything visual instantly. Click the uBO icon. Find the (Cosmetic Filtering). Click it to turn it off (it will have a red "X" over it).
This makes it incredibly easy to find and delete specific blocks later!
